Hmm, other thoughts...
The Simpsons was a fairly good episode tonight. Though I've noticed the writers have a bit of lag when it comes to topical satire. This week, they were spoofing Spider-Man. Last week (I think), it was Star Wars: Episode I. Even last year, when Bart nominates Edna K. for the teacher's award and Skinner meets them at EPCOT, and they poke fun at the Enron scandal...a while after the news had cooled off. Ah well. I still like it though, and I hope things'll will work out with the salary situation. If Mike Myers and Cameron Diaz get $10 million each for Shrek 2, and the cast of Friends get $1 million each per episode, I think FOX can handle tripling their salaries. At least, they'd be stupid not to.

And speaking of Friends, can we all just please stop talking about the series finale already?! It was a popular show, it will be missed, blah blah blah...get over it! People made a big stink when Seinfeld ended, and eventually we got over it. People will get over this too...just not soon enough, I guess.

I'd probably be more angry in my rants right now, but it's late, I'm tired, and gotta get up early tomorrow. Is it me, or do I always seem to say that a lot? That'll show me for always writing in the blog before I go to bed :-P
